Global Leadership OnlineSM is a tool for assessing global leadership capability. The tool is based on Aperian Global's new Global Leadership model, the result of an extensive research study conducted with proven leaders from a broad range of national origins, organizations, and business roles. The study yielded ten key behaviors of successful global leaders.
These behaviors (outlined below) form the basis of our Global Leadership Online self-assessment and multi-rater tool that can be used to evaluate the current capabilities of individuals and leadership groups. This tool can help organizations focus the design and development of learning programs on behaviors that will have the most impact. The survey can be reused to measure the efficacy of leadership developmental efforts over time, once participants have had the opportunity to apply new behaviors on the job.
